Do all my windows have to be replaced at once?
No. Plenty of homeowners do the worst elevation first, usually whichever side takes the weather or holds the draftiest rooms, and finish the rest later. We will quote the whole house and let you phase it. Doing it in one order is generally cheaper per window, but it is your call.
Which style should I pick?
Usually the style the house was designed around. Double hung and single hung suit most traditional Kentucky homes, casements suit contemporary elevations, and awning windows work where you want ventilation without the rain. Picture windows do not open at all, so they are for view rather than airflow. We go opening by opening at the quote.
How long does a window job take?
Unlike our bathroom work, windows are not a one-day product. The units are made to your measurements, so there is a lead time between the order and the installation. The installation itself is usually quick, often a single day for a typical home, but we will give you both dates when you order.
What does window replacement cost?
It varies more than any other job we do, because it depends entirely on how many openings you are replacing and in what styles. Projects range from a few windows to a whole-house replacement. The free in-home measurement is what turns that into a real number.
Will new windows lower my energy bill?
They generally help, particularly if you are replacing single-pane or failed double-pane units where the seal has gone. Be skeptical of anyone quoting you an exact percentage, because the honest answer depends on your existing windows, your insulation, and how you heat the house. We would rather show you what you are replacing than promise you a number.

Their estimates are reasonable because they don’t charge a fortune to pay for advertising. They let satisfied customers spread the word!
